Industry Collaboration Initiatives
CFITS partners with the SCIS Advisory Board, consisting of 20 area businesses that give of their time and resources to improve the entire school of computing here at USA SCIS. These Advisory Board member companies participate in accreditation, technology transfer, public/private educational partnerships, promotion, K-12 initiative, research, endowments, industry outreach, as well as providing a source of internships for SCIS students.
CFITS has established relationships with other Industry Partners in addition to the Advisory Board member companies, believing that to better serve the broader industry requires the knowledge of their various applications of computing.
